Day 6 – Back Home Again

Awesome news.  We got back home this morning at about 11.  We’re all surprised that the doctors let us go some early.  I think that they were surprised too.  But it’s good to be home.

Noah is moving around a lot more since we’ve been home.  He’s still wobbly and I think he’s still in some pain when he’s moving around, but he’s doing it anyway.  He’s such a trooper.  He’s started eating more since we’ve gotten home as well.  I think that is all it took.  He’s wanting to get out and about more too.  I can’t believe it’s only 5 days since the surgery.

We’re just taking it easy today.  Dillon is still at his grandma’s and probably will be for a few days.  I think we might go to church tomorrow, but it’ll depend on how Noah is feeling.  At least one of us will be there.

Crystal and I give God all of the glory and praise for Noah’s miraculous recovery.  When Dr. Nagaraj – who’s been doing pediatric surgery for 30 years – calls Noah “superkid”, I think you have to admit that something more than medicine is at work here.  And even if you don’t admit it, we will.  God has healed our child.  Praise Him, praise Him!!!

God Bless,

Doug
